A small software company, and what that means for you.

Most companies we meet are not short of software. They have an accounting package, a folder structure, four spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group, and the work gets done in the gaps between them. The cost is not licence fees. It is the hour every morning spent reconciling what those five things each believe to be true.

We build the system that sits in that gap: stock, operations, reporting and the paperwork around them. It is unglamorous work with a short payback, and it is the only kind of software we take on.

We start with your process, not a proposal document: on your floor where we can, on a video call where we cannot. Someone walks us through receiving, or month-end, or whatever the painful part is, and we watch the actual sequence — including the workarounds people have stopped mentioning because they have become normal.

Then we scope it tightly, quote a fixed price, and build in drops you can look at. We would rather ship a narrow system that gets used than a broad one that gets abandoned in month three.

We are a small company and we say so. It sets the size of project we take, and it is also why the ownership terms below are written the way they are — you should not be dependent on us, and you are not.
