To use VEXA, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

• Users must be 18 years or older and provide accurate, complete information.
• Agents and service providers must hold appropriate licenses and registrations (e.g., REN numbers for real estate agents).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All listings and user conduct must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

• Users must only post lawful, accurate listings. Misrepresentation, fraud, or abusive behavior may result in removal or account termination.
• Prohibited content includes false information, spam, harassment, or content that violates intellectual property rights.

VEXA may charge service fees for certain features and transactions.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by VEXA. You may not reuse, distribute, or reproduce content without explicit written permission.

VEXA provides the Platform "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEXA disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold VEXA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these terms.

Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

VEXA may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, or any breach of these terms.

Termination does not relieve outstanding obligations, and you remain responsible for any fees or charges incurred prior to termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.

VEXA may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes will be notified through the Platform or via email where reasonably practicable.
