1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to VEXA ("Platform"), managed by VEXA Platform Sdn Bhd. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, strictly do not use this Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Contracts Act 1950 of Malaysia.

2. Nature of Service (Intermediary Platform)

VEXA operates as a hybrid online marketplace and directory connecting:

Buyers/Tenants with Property Agents, Developers, and Landlords.
Car Buyers with Dealerships and Private Sellers.
Homeowners with Professional Service Providers ("Pros").

Important: VEXA is an advertising platform and not a party to any contract of sale, lease, or service between users. We do not own, sell, resell, furnish, or manage any properties, vehicles, or services listed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:

No Warranty: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. VEXA does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of listings.
Financial Loss: VEXA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of money, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Platform.
Scam & Fraud: Users are solely responsible for verifying the credentials of Agents (e.g., verifying REN Numbers with LPPEH) and Service Pros before transferring funds. NEVER transfer deposits to personal bank accounts.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold VEXA harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or your interactions with third parties.

4. User Obligations & Conduct

As a user of VEXA, you agree NOT to:

Post false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content (including fake listings).
Violate any Malaysian laws, including the Computer Crimes Act 1997.
Harass, stalk, or harm other users.
Use any automated means (scraping, crawling) to access the Platform without permission.
Sublet or resell your account access.

VEXA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these rules without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on VEXA, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VEXA Platform Sdn Bhd and protected by the Copyright Act 1987. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by the courts of Malaysia. Users waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

7. Amendments

VEXA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
